I had the pleasure of taking my sister, Sammy's maternity portraits.
Yes I had two sisters prego at the same time! Very exciting!
We did these pictures on Wednesday the 26th, and its a good thing we did...
Because she ended up having the baby 2 days later on Friday!
She wasnt due till November!
But Sammy had a feeling she was going to have the baby in October.
Which is why she wanted to do her portraits and had the brilliant idea to paint her belly!
We decided on a Pumpkin for the Halloween Month.
But she said if she did end up having the baby in November she would come back
and we could decide on something with more of a Thanksgiving theme!
Isnt my sister so beautiful!
Of course she gets her good looks from me! haha
By the way... in case you were wondering at all...
Yes that is my handy work!
I painted the pumpkin on her belly. :)
It was very interesting and fun too, painting a belly.
Ive never done that before! haha
And I think I did a pretty good job at it! ;)
The headband Samantha is wearing is Miss October.
Its linked to listing in my shop if you would like one like it! :)
Another up close shot.. I just think she looked so pretty I had to throw those in! :)
And I saved my favorite one for last.
Not sure why its my fav... I just like it a lot!
I am so excited because Sunday I will get to do her daughters portraits!
Audrina Faith!! Another newborn session, wooo!! :)
How did you like her maternity portraits?
Much Love & Hugs,
She looks great! The comment that she knew her November baby would come in October brought back memories for me. Five years ago I just knew I'd have my October baby even though I wasn't due until the end of November. Sure enough, she came early and has been a light in our lives ever since. Congrats to you on getting two new nieces! :)
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh I love those! She came out pretty! The pictures look great! Good job girl!
ReplyDeleteAmazing photos! I did something like this when I was pregnant, but of course, these photos are much better! So cute!
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute idea with painting the belly and her headband that matched! Loved it! :)
