Now, if you have been following my weight loss journey, I have a quick update for you.

Today after the gym I was curious if I had lost any more weight.... So I weighed myself...

...AND...

I lost FOUR more pounds!!!

Yes that is 10 lbs TOTAL in 20 days!

I am BEYOND excited, and proud of myself. ♥

And still so thankful and grateful for all the love and support of my wonderful readers!

You all are the best!

I would like to request that you say a few prayers for one of my younger sisters,

who is having a hard time with her weight loss and is needing some extra encouragement herself.

She asked me to be praying for her, and I am.
