Blog-erview with Liz from The Pepper And Her Pups

Its Wednesday and time again for another Blog-erview!!!

Lets welcome Liz from The Pepper And Her Pups to Agape Love Designs!!

If you are new here, find out about the Blog-erview Series,
as well as a list of previous blog-erviews {here}!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
 Tell us a little about yourself and Your blog.
I am a stay at home mama, living in a small town of pa with my delicious fiance, our first fur child Tator, our 2 year old daughter Adrienne, and her soon to be little brother (baby numero dos is due in late april!). I started The Pepper And Her Pups back when I was pregnant with our first, over on Tumblr (and was originally named Dear Adrienne) so I could capture all of the little things to look back on and show her one day and over the past two and a half years it's turned into an incredible outlet where I've met some incredible women, shared my love for recipes, crafts, fashion, workouts, and even blog design. It's just a little part of the world that helps keep me sane while taking care of one beautiful, but wild and crazy toddler.
 Has blogging played a role in the start of or development of your shop? If so, how? If not, tell us how your shop came about. Blogging has definitely helped me pursue my love for blog design, with giving me the opportunity to share occasional freebies and sneak peeks into my recent projects with my readers.  How do you come up with material/content for your blog each day, What inspires you? I like to blog about whatever is on my mind that day. Whether we made an incredible dinner/dessert that I want to share the recipe, link up with some of favorite blog hops through out the week (like' little bits of happiness, our week in photos, instafriday, worldess wednesday), post about our daily family life, or give our monthly sponsors some love. It's always up to the mood I'm in, I never force myself to blog.
I started The Pepper And Her Pups as my own creative outlet and I feel that it's such an important aspect to blog for YOURSELF and not for others. It should be something you love to do and not something you do just to make money from. If I don't feel like blogging a day or two, I don't sweat it. There's nothing wrong with taking mini breaks and letting your mind un-wind (especially when your eight months pregnant!).
                              (this picture does no REAL justice of how big my belly truly is!)
Name some of the bloggers whom you look up to and why? Jess- IROCKSOWHAT Mandy- A Sorta Fairytale Brooke- Bright Wishes Amy- A Good Life These are just a few of my favorite daily bloggers/mamas that I absolutely adore. All of their blogging is just so real and fresh that it keeps drawing me in day after day, with so many subjects that I easily relate too. Plus, they all have incredibly cute kiddos!!:) Who doesn't love that?!
 If someone was interested in blogging, what would be a few things you would suggest?
Come up with a fun funky fresh design that fits your personality. Share lots of photos, I'm such a visual blogger that an empty blog post can sometimes bore me. Blog for yourself and no one else or any other aspect. Otherwise it'll just become a chore and you should love blogging for the creative outlet that it is. Keep your content real. Protect your content. & Just have fun!!!
 What Social Networks are you on?  Facebook Twitter Google+
 What networking do you do, that you feel helps your blog and/or shop the most? I really enjoy guest posting. I've only done a few so far, but I think it's so much fun. Always being able to share whatever little tidbit of your life you'd like with some of your favorite bloggers, while getting to meet even more incredible ladies!
 What goals do you have, if any, for your blog/shop right now and in the future? I'd like to really get established as a blog designer, set up my own site (since it's all through my blog at the moment), and be able to turn my passion in life into a full fledged career and support our growing family.
 Is there anything you know now that you wish you knew before you started blogging? Make sure to protect your blog! Whether you watermark all of your pictures, google the html code to disable all right clicks on your blog, or anything else real simple that can make a huge difference in helping the prevention of others stealing your content and claiming it as their own.
 Is there anything else you would like to share with my readers? I really hope you enjoyed my Blog-erview and you stop on by to say hi and stick around! I love meeting other bloggers and I'm a real sweetheart:)
