When this whole weight loss journey started, I thought it would take forever to see any progress.
Not that I was being a "Debbie Downer" or anything, I just knew it would take a while.
I didn't want to get my hopes up or have unrealistic expectations.
So I decided not to expect much, and just to push myself as hard as I could.
I also decided that no matter what, I wouldn't give up.
Well here I am just a week over 2 months in, and I am actually amazed by the progress I have made!
Let me just tell you...
For the whole first month, after The Hubs and I would get home from the gym I would be so worn out!
Like cant walk, cant move, cant function kinda worn out.
I would come straight home and pass out on the couch for 30 minutes to an hour!
I was DEAD to the world I tell you.
NOW? Well, now I am racing The Hubs to the car after our work out.
AND
Just the other day (after our 2 hour workout) right after we did abs,
I was challenging The Hubs to a game of one on one basketball.
AND
Speaking of ab workouts... I am even progressing in that area too.
No more crying at the gym!
I am able to push myself harder at everything I do...Like On the elliptical and run longer on the treadmill.
Not that I run every time on the treadmill, because I have a bad foot that hurts me.
But every once in a while I do, and it feels amazing!
I am even lifting heavier weights, without a problem.
Hmmm...Lets see, what else?
OHHH right, there is the progress of being able to fit back into clothes I haven't worn in over 5 years!
Like, my fav pair of wide leg trousers that are 3 sizes smaller than the size I started out at.
Oh right, and cute top I bought and could only wear once before I grew out of it!
Yup this same outfit I am wearing today.
Imagine my amazement when I tried them on "just to see" and they FIT ME.
Even were kinda lose on me....
Shirt: Fashion Bug (from 5 years ago), Jeans: Old Navy (from 5 years ago),
Shoes: Soda via Ross, Necklace: Premier Designs, Headband: Vintage Wanna Bee
My dog Minni wanted to say hello!
Ok so you might be wondering, "whats the weight loss progress already!?"
Calm down! I was getting to that!
How could I forget to share such an important progression as that!?
Welllllllll, let me tell you.
I stepped on the scale this morning.
And when I looked down....
I saw that I was down another 4 pounds!!!
So my total comes to 31 LBS down so far.
Bye Bye, So LONG... don't be coming back around, 31 pounds GONE!
And I feel amazing.

Thank you. It totally does make all the difference! I said to him, if he wasnt so supportive, or didnt help me in the gym or if he hadnt changed his eating with me, I dont think I could do it! Its been amazing having it be a team effort kinda thing. He means so much to me and I love that I have him. I know I am blessed. His support has definitely kept me on track more often than not! :)
