Lay It Down

Today while at the gym this song "Lay it Down" came on my phones music player.
I hadnt heard it in years, and it brought back a flood of memories.
It brought me back to a time when this song spoke so much to me,
that it brought me to tears every time I heard it.
 And for a long time I couldn't even sing it without bursting into tears.
To me songs are powerful, and evoke so much emotion and meaning.
So as I was listening to this song for the first time in probably over 5 years,
(why it never played on my phone before when I have it on shuffle every day is beyond me!)
right there on the treadmill I had to urge to cry and at the same time bust out singing!

Fortunately I didn't! That probably would have been totally embarrassing! haha
But it did remind me of the recording I made of myself singing this song for Bruce while he was deployed to Iraq.
So I figured I would share.
Its very quiet and Im kinda goofy/awkward on video, because I was new to recording myself.
And well lets face it, Im just shy and awkward in general.
