Bedroom Makeover

A few week-ends ago, The Hubs and I finally got the chance to give our plain room a makeover!
I wanted something pretty, but he didnt want any girly colors.
So we compromised, I decided on a classy color combo of blue with black and white,
as long as we could also incorporate damask print in and have some pretty accents.

 Before I show you the rest of the room, her are a few BEFORE photos!

 The ENTIRE room got re-vamped.
Popcorn ceilings got scrapped and re-textured...That was a PAIN!
We got a new ceiling fan, new trim, new paint, new switch plates etc...

 It was a 4 day job, but we got it done together like champs! ;)

 So our room went from dull and drab to totally classy and fab!

 I bought these wall stickers from target about a year ago with plans of our room in mind.

 TV in the room was totally The Hubs idea.
To him, a TV in every room is like a MUST...Men! ;)
But I do admit it is nice to snuggle in bed at night and watch a show or two on netflix before going to sleep.

Now I just LOVE our room.
It just feels so calm and comfy, and looks very classy.
There are still a couple more things here and there that need to be added,
like I want to re-vamp the lamp on The Hubs night stand.
But other than that, its finished and both The Hubs and I are very happy with how it turned out.
