Spicy Lime Chicken Recipe

Ok, everyone... So I don't normally post recipes on here.
Because, well I am no cook.
In fact I really hate cooking.
Ooops call the "word police", yes I said it... HATE!
But I wanted to share this recipe, The Hubs and I, came up with,
because its so quick and easy that even I don't mind making it!

See, when The Hubs and I started out our weight loss journey's we had to come up with new recipes.
Things that were healthy to eat, were low or no salt, low calories and still had lots of flavor!
Of course chicken is my go to meat when thinking healthy...
I LOVE chicken breasts, Hubs doesn't.
So together we came up with a yummy recipe we both like.
This baked chicken is healthy, salt-free... But full of FLAVOR and very juicy.
Here us what you will need:

Ingredients
Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast fillets
Black Pepper
Crushed Red Pepper
"Perfect Pinch" Garlic & Herb salt free seasoning
Lime Juice

Step 1:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees, then place chicken in your baking dish, and stab several times with a fork.

Step 2:
Season the chicken with each seasoning listed above.

Step 3:
Add the lime juice.
Pour it over and all around the chicken.

Step 4:
Stick in over uncovered and bake for 40-50 minutes.
Depends on how many pieces of chicken you have in there.
I always check it by cutting a couple pieces open and making sure they are white and cooked all the way through.

And here is what it looks like when it is finished.

We usually eat this with some kind of pasta or red potatoes, and mixed veggies.

This chicken is so yummy!

The lime juice keeps it moist, so it doesn't get all dried out.
And each of the spices give it a nice spicy flavor.
I love the kick the taste of the lime mixed with the red pepper gives.
And even the kids (who can be so picky at times) love this chicken!

Try it out and let me know what you think!
