Purple Haze

Since I got several compliments on my gorgeous purple haze like eyes in my recent outfit post, I thought it would be fun to share some more photos of this bold look, and how you can get it too!

Purple eyeshadow is amazing for every eye color out there.
I personally LOVE how it really makes the green in my eyes POP!
For this bold look I used two mineral eye shadow pigments from My Beauty Addiction,
and their eye shadow primer as well.
Karma is the purple that I used all around my eyes.
And to add a dramatic 3D effect to the solid purple I used Ballroom Blitz, a silver color, right at the center of my eyelids. And blended lightly on the inner corners of my eyes.

Add black eyeliner and your favorite mascara and you are good to go!

  5. Where do you get these ideas & how do you know which color to put where? I LOVE this look but think I would just look like a clown instead of a Beauty like YOU! Maybe I just need to set aside a couple of hours in front of a mirror w/ some make up & cleansing cloths?!! I guess fear plays a HUGE part in 'eye make up' for me. I used to wear the standard Blue in HS but that was back in the '70's! EEK! I swear, you could spread bananas on your eye lids & look Gorgeous!!! Thanks for sharing & for maybe a little inspiration to at LEAST try! Love ya Pretty Gurl! kweenbee_612@yahoo.com
