Recently I received an LED teeth whitening system from Smile Brilliant to review. Which I was super excited about. Everyone knows that brighter whiter teeth are important for that million dollar smile and a big confidence boost. Not everyone has the time or money for professional whitening. Smile Brilliant has made it easy and affordable for anyone to get professionally whiter teeth at home and on their own time. I used the system in the mornings while I worked on blog posts and emails.
You can keep the light in your mouth for 20-45 minutes, but a whitening session can last between 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on your comfort level.
I personally used the whitening system 6 times over the course of a month. Twice I used the system without the LED light at all for 30-50 minutes. The other 4 times I used the light and only kept it in for about 20 minutes. Mainly because my 4 year old would wake up and was more than a little amused at the fact that I was trying to MIME to him in order to communicate, but then would get frustrated with me, that I wasn't (couldn't) talk to him! So I'd have to take it out. ;)
You can see my results below. The difference is slight but still noticeable. My teeth weren't awfully dingy or anything, but I do drink coffee every day, which has left some stains, that have lightened up since using this system! As you can see in the before (left side) and after (right side) photo below. Again, I used this system only 6 times over the course of a month, I'm sure if I had used it more often the results would have been even better.

ReplyDeleteI have tried SO MANY different whitening products! I find that as far as less-expensive options are concerned,Rembrandt intense stain removing toothepaste is the best for me. I have very sensitive teeth and many strips and brush on whiteners make my teeth hurt pretty bad! Thanks for the giveaway!!!

Ive used the Plus White whitening system & the Rembrandt 2 hour one. Loved the Plus White and hated the Rembrandt.
