Hello sweet friends and Happy Valentines Day! So as you can tell from the title of this blog post, Ive got a look to share with you as well as a GIVEAWAY! I have been wanting this cute little Palette for a while now, and my sweet bloggy bestie Andrea sent to me as a Vday gift! Isnt it such a fun and beautiful palette!? I LOVE hearts. ♥

So in the spirit of this day of LOOOOVE, Andrea and I decided to get together to create two different looks using this Palette, AND do a giveaway for the That's Heart Palette as well. A little Vday gift from US to YOU!
