BB5 Unboxing & BellaPierre Makeup Base Review

Hello beauty babes! Today I've got an unboxing video of my  March  Beauty Box 5 to share with you, and a quick review of the BIG Ticket item that was in this months box... BellaPierre's Makeup Base!  Ive also got a little  sneak peek to what will be the in the April box, its a good one!
If you dont already know, Beauty Box 5 is a subscription-based, beauty sampling program that delivers a box filled with 5 cosmetic samples to your door every month.
Cost: $12 / month, $30 / Quarterly, $99 / annually

March was a great month for BB5. I was truly excited for every product I got! You can see everything I got in MY March Box in this unboxing video:

I am excited to share with you a mini review of the BellaPierre Makeup Base!

I have actually been using this as an eye shadow primer since I got it, and I am really enjoying it. It does a great job at grabbing shadows and pigments and keeping them there longer, and making them look more vibrant. Below you'll see two eye shadows swatched both with and without the makeup base. As you can tell, with the makeup base the color looks richer and more opaque.

Because this makeup base is described as a "do it all" kind of product, you can also use it as a concealer to cover blemishes or dark circles. Now, I already have concealers I prefer to use on my eyes and other blemishes, but I did a little before & after to show you how well it works as a concealer if you choose to use it that way...

It covers pretty well as you can see. But I would be sure to use in conjunction with a nice moiturizer as well so it wont look or feel to dry. ♥
