EOTD Featuring Urban Decay Electric Palette

Hello Beauty Babes! Today I have an electric eye look to share with you, featuring non other than the Urban Decay Electric Palette

Now I was blessed with this palette, via a recent beauty swap I did with a dear bloggy friend of mine. Tiffany of Tiffany Beauty 101. That first link will take you to the video of me opening up my swap box, which was filled with other AMAZING goodies, the second one will take you to her video opening up the box I sent her. I encourage you to check it out, if you enjoy watching beauty swaps.

Anyways, I could not WAIT to play around with this fabulous Palette that has been all the rage in the beauty blogosphear lately. And this is the first look I came up with, doesn't it kind of make my eyes look so big and make me look like a Manga!? haha....
I will admit, I did play it a little "safe" with this look. Using the colors that I know look great with my eye color. But I couldn't help it, I was INSTANTLY draw to that bright coral color Slowburn! And rightly so, I think it looks amazing on my eyes. Really Makes them pop. I also used the pink and purple shades Savage, Jilted & Urban, because those are also colors that flatter my hazel-y/green eyes. And because this palette does not have any neutral shades I did also use WOS from the UD Naked Basics Palette on my brow bone.

NOW I must note that YES, I do know that those are the colors that have the warning "not for immediate eye area" on them... And no I didn't use them purposely because of that. haha I just happened to like those colors best! Then again, my eyes are not sensitive to any certain color dyes... So this is a kind of thing you need to use at your own discretion. Regardless, I WOULD however recommend you definitely use a thick eyeshadow primer as these pigments WILL in fact stain your skin. When I first swatched on my skin, they stained... Not awful like, but since the skin around your eyes is more delicate and sensitive, I imagine it wouldn't be fun trying to wash off color stains on your eyes!

Anyways, I am going to keep playing with this palette and try to step out of my color box to create something really fun to share with you! If you have any requests of colors to use for a look, let me know! Or if you would like to see me do a video tutorial with this palette as well, let me know. I can do that too. ♥
Do you have this Palette? What looks have you created with it!? I'd love to know your thoughts on it, and please feel free to share a photo of your looks with me!
