Weight Loss With AdvoCare 24 Day Challenge

Hello fitness friends! Thanks for stopping by, today I actually have a guest, Jessie, who is here to tell you about her success with Advocare, and the Advocare 24 Day Challenge. I have received many questions about weight-loss supplements or diets that can actually help you lose weight, however, since I lost my weight without supplements or a specific diet I cant tell you much about them. So I am happy to invite Jessie here to tell you more about something that has worked for her! Hey everyone! Thank you Maria for letting me share a little bit about myself and my success with the AdvoCare 24 Day Challenge

Summer time: a season long nights, sunshine, swimming, pool parties, weddings, camping, LOTS of BBQ’s! But Fall is almost upon us! A time to start fresh, get back on track and into routine! (Cue football, pumpkins, boots, scarves and everything pumpkin spice!) However, now that I am living in Arizona, not Seattle, I wont be able to cheer on my Seahawks as closely or wear those scarves or boots, but you better believe I will be lighting those pumpkin spice candles! 

I don’t know about you but after summer I need a little cleanse from all the fun I had and crazy amount of food I ate. I want to share a little bit about the AdvoCare 24 Day Challenge and how it can help you get back on track this fall! 

Whatever your goals are; lose weight, gain energy, gain muscle or overall wellness, the 24 Day Challenge is a great, healthy, safe and effective way to jump-start your body to reach those your health and fitness goals. 

A little about myself, I was a student-athlete in college, playing basketball in Seattle I never took supplements because we were drug tested. I was also never trained on how to eat properly or fuel my body correctly. After I graduated, I continued to eat whatever I wanted and not workout... In turn, I gained weight and lost my energy! I honestly had NO IDEA how to eat healthy or what my body was capable of with good nutrition.

 After a couple years of trying to accomplish this on my own, and failing quite miserably, I threw away my pride and recognized that I needed help. I needed someone to coach me and, train me how to eat properly. I jumped on the AdvoCare 24 Day Challenge and my friend coached me through it. Throughout the challenge I was able to EAT! I love eating. You will not be starving yourself - Say whaaat?! Yes, we eat every 2-3 hours on the challenge and you fill in your nutritional gaps with AdvoCare products that help with energy, appetite control and wellness. 

After 24 days I lost 10 pounds, increased energy, decreased cravings (can you say SWEET tooth!?). But the BEST part was a healthy lifestyle was created by my eating habits. This is not a quick fix - but a lifestyle change

When you love something, don’t you just want everyone to know about it?! Of course, I shared it with my family and friends I helped my mom and dad lose 30 pounds, my sister down 5 pounds below pre-pregnancy weight I helped my friend break her 9 Diet Cokes a day habit! I have helped over 50 people on the challenge and have many success stories I wish I could share with you. 

Maybe you are already eating correctly and working out, that’s great! But have you done a cleanse recently? Sometimes our bodies don’t get all the nutrients from food because our gut is to clogged up to absorb it. We all need a good clean out every now and then (recommend every 90 days)! Maybe you have that 10 pounds that wont go away... 
Maybe you desire more energy throughout the day. Maybe you just need better overall health! I know for myself, I needed more than just help - I needed hope. I needed to know I didn't have to stay where I was. I needed to know there was support and a way to help accomplish my goals. And I am not finished yet, I still have pounds to lose, muscle to gain and new fitness goals! BUT I am on the right track and I am in control.

Whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle, gain energy or overall wellness- I am letting you know there is help out there. There is hope to regain control again.
