I have worked previous with Mia Mariu to review their beautiful makeup products (see past reviews here and here). So I was thrilled to try a couple of their skin care products! I really appreciate the wonderful quality of Mia Mariu products, some of which have become my very favorite... Like their mineral primer, and their mineral blush especially. Now their Hydrating Anti-Aging Moisturizer with SPF 30 (which I will be talking about today) has quickly become a new favorite of mine too!

The Refreshing Foaming Gel Cleanser ($23) has a New and
Improved anti-inflammatory formula with 8 natural botanicals! Aloe,
marigold, sea kelp, sea lettuce, plus nourishing essential oils: orange
peel, lemon, lime and grapefruit are at the heart of this soft pampering
cleanser. This improved formula has increased levels of Aloe and the
addition of anti-inflammatory Sea Lettuce and essential oils making it
an extra gentle cleanser. Suitable for all skin types, non-irritating,
paraben-free, sulfate-free, fragrance-free.
My Thoughts: This is a wonderful cleanser! I definitely agree it is SUPER gentle, if you happen to get any in your eyes (which I have done accidentally) it doesn't sting or burn. It leaves my face feeling fresh and nourished even before adding a moisturizer. I prefer to use this in the mornings to cleanse my face of any sweat, dirt or anything else that may built up on my face over night and prep my face for makeup. But its also a great cleanser to use at night, as it works well at removing makeup. I also appreciate that it is unscented, though it does have a subtle clean/lemon smell to it. Its very faint and pleasant though. I agree this is a great cleanser for all skin types, but especially for those of you with sensitive skin, as this is very soothing and gentle!

My Thoughts: Ok so I have only been using this for 2 weeks, so I cant (yet) fully account for any reverse signs of aging. HOWEVER I can say that in this short time I have already fallen in love with this moisturizer! For one, I LOVE that it includes SPF protection! Up until I started using this I was using two separate products (one as my skin care moisturizer, and another for SPF). So I love that this is two in one, along with all the other anti-aging benefits - whats not to love!? Other great perks to this moisturizer... It absorbs quickly and leaves your skin feeling baby skin soft! My skin feels so nourished and hydrated when I use this - I just love it! Definitely a new favorite item, I highly recommend. ♥
