ColourPop Bae + Esqido Mink Lashes Makeup Look!

Hello Beauties, thanks so much for joining me today. ♥ I am back with a new makeup look featuring mostly ColourPop Products. I had made a CP purchase several months back, but had YET to actually use the product I bought. *Shaking my head* I know, its ridiculous! haha But I went for quite some time without wearing makeup, for lack of time and such. So the past week Ive had a bit more time and knew I had to create a look with my pretty new Super Shock Shadows and Lippie Stix!

The stand out star shadow in this look is called 'Bae' and you can see why. Its just stunning!! ♥ Its described as a "rich eggplant purple with an emerald, and turquoise, glittery duo chrome metallic finish". I'm going to have to share some video swatches of this shadow so you can get the true effect that this shadow gives. Capturing it in a photo, just doesnt do it enough justice. ;)

In addition to my new ColourPop Goodies, I also recently received a couple NEW goodies courtesy off ESQIDO lashes. They have come out with the Lash Companion - Latex Free Eyelash Glue, which is absolutely wonderful! Its got great long lasting hold, dried clear, and I absolutely LOVE the precision tip wand. It makes applying glue to your lashes quick, easy and mess free. ♥ Esqido has also come out with a couple new lash styles. I was sent one of the new styles called 'Lash Named Desire'. They are SO beautiful. Dramatic, but not over the top.

For anyone who may be curious, I didn't use an eye shadow primer with these products. I know not everyone may agree, but for me, I find that the CP Super Shock Shadows work well and HOLD well without a primer at all. I am sure it wouldn't hurt to use one. But I dont feel there is a need. CP shadows have such a unique texture that's not a cream or powder. For some, that makes them difficult to use... But I love them and they way they seem to blend so seamlessly. ♥ 

I use both natural hair brushes and synthetic brushes with no problems. But as the company does state, using your finger can sometimes be the best method of applying - I find using the finger is most helpful with the metallic shadows especially. However that can be said of a lot of metallic shadows, regardless of brand! ;)
