Get The Look | Electric Glitter Eye Tutorial #KarityBeauty

Hi beauty babes and welcome! Today I am here with a new "get the look" video tutorial featuring a brand, Karity, that is fairly new to the makeup market. I'd heard of this brand a few months back, so picked up two of their eyeshadow palettes, to try, while I was at IMATS. On that note...If you would like to see everything I purchased at IMATS, check out my Haul Video here.

Anyways, from what I had heard Karity is supposed to be a brand that offers affordable MAC Dupes. But I actually found the palettes I picked up, the Matte & Smokey Palettes, reminiscent of the Urban Decay Electric Palette. ♥ I will talk more about that in the video at the end of this post, I hope you will give it a view! In addition to the tutorial for this look, I do also include swatch comparisons of the two Karity Palettes to the Urban Decay Palette. ♥
About this look... Well as you can see its a super "electric" and dramatic look. It definitely wont be for everyone. Its just something fun and different, and I really enjoyed creating it! I have been so into vibrant looks lately. PLUS it feels like it had been super long since I've done such a "wild" look, so I was itching to do one again! And when I happened to see this photo of Jeffree Star and Manny MUA - I was super inspired to re-create Jeffrees look. ♥

MAKE UP FOR EVER Aqua XL Eye Pencils | Swatches + Review

Hey beauty babes and welcome! I am excited to share with you an awesome PR package I received recently from MAKE UP FOR EVER filled with all 20 of their new Aqua XL Eye Pencils! Below you will find photo swatches, but I also have a video review that includes live swatches as well. Be sure to watch it at the end of this post. ♥

Recently MUFE has teamed up with Charli XCX for their NEW Aqua XL Eye Pencils. This is "THE FIRST OF AN ONGOING SERIES OF ARTISTIC COLLABORATIONS THAT HIGHLIGHT STAGE ARTISTS AND THEIR MAKEUP ARTISTS." Read more (here)!

Launching in May, the Aqua XL pencil is an enhanced version of the existing Make Up For Ever Aqua Eye Pencil, which is a part of the brand’s water-resistant franchise. The pencils come in a range of 20 vibrant hues, including various shades of blue, green, purple and pastels, along with traditional colors like black and brown. The pencils come in five finishes — Matte (M), Diamond (D), Satin (S), Iridescent (I) and Metallic (Me). An updated formula containing emollient oils and mango butter is said to make for a smoother application, and the pigment is more intensely saturated.

Super exciting right!? These pencils are AMAZING. The colors are extremely vibrant and pigmented, but also smooth and creamy and apply like a dream. In addition to all that, these pencils are budge proof, smudge proof and water resistant too! ♥ The formula does allow a small window of time to smudge out the color after first application, if you desire. But once its fully set it wont move - very impressive! If I had any complaint at all its that I wish these had names rather than just reference numbers - which are a lot harder to remember offhand. ;)
Keeping the liners organized by color... The following featured above from left to right are:
M-26
M-22 & I-32
S-20 & I-24
 Left to Right:

 Top to bottom: M-30, I-34 & I-36
 Left to Right:

I-90 & Me-42
And for anyone curious about the rest of the makeup I am wearing...

Be Natural Organics | Daily Botanical Enzyme Peel

**Thank you to Be Natural Organics for sponsoring this post! And a huge thank you to my readers for supporting the sponsors that make Agape Love Designs possible.
Hello beauty babes and welcome, as some of you may or may not know, I have partnered with Be Natural Oragnics to feature their products on my youtube channel and social sites. Continuing on with their Anti-Aging Collection, I am featuring their Daily Botanical Enzyme Peel- $16.00 for 4 oz. (also available in a try it size here for just $4).

SKIN TYPE Normal, problematic, oily & combination skin.

Daily Botanical Enzyme Peel loosens dead cells from the skin's surface by dissolving stubborn glue-like substances that refuse to release dead skin cells through normal cleansing.

Aspen bark extract, rich in salycin, softens and loosens thick, dry skin, while Bamboo extract contains both anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties. The result is exposing fresher cells for optimal absorption of serums and moisturizers.

BENEFITS:

Anti-Aging
-Creates an environment for optimal absorption
-Stimulates new skin cell production
-Increases collagen and elastin formation
-Decreases fine lines and creates a finer skin texture
-Decreases hyper pigmentation, creating a more even skin color

Acne-Prone
-Stimulates new skin cell production
-Helps destroy acne causing bacteria
-Helps lift uneven color created from previous acne
-Helps generate a smoother skin texture
-Stimulates blood flow, creating a healthy glow

Color Correcting + Cream Contour | Review & Demo

*This Post Contains Affiliate Links*
Hey beauties, I just wanted to pop in to share this video I made recently on how I color correct my dark circles as well as how to cream contour. I know both of those things can be somewhat of a mystery to many of us. Especially cream contouring! Personally, I was not a fan of cream contouring - or cream products at all - until recently. I finally discovered a cream contour palette that works easily and looks beautiful for a very "natural" looking contour. ♥

I will mention this all in the video, but just wanted to write it out here too to give you an idea about this video. Some of you may know I am on the PR list for Make Up For Ever (MUFE), and so I recently got sent a few of their newest items. The cream contour palettes were among them. I wasn't too excited at first when I realized they are cream, as I mentioned - I don't like cream products! Still, I was willing of course to give them a try but I wasn't expecting to fall in love with them! They are SO easy to use, blend out easily and perfectly and they don't feel greasy, too creamy or cakey at all on the face. They almost give a cream to powder but not quite.

Anyways, so, because I found them to easy and wonderful to use I decided to do this full review and demo video for you. This video is quite a long one, just so you know! I tried to shorten it as much as I could, but I wanted to be as helpful and informative as I could for you. Remember I am also covering how I color correct dark circles, in addtion to doing the cream contour. So this is basically a full "base" face review and demo. In addition to all that this was also a review and demo of some new brushes I had received as well c/o Beauty Junkees. ♥

As usual, I hope you all enjoy and find this post and video super helpful! I've listed below all the discount and/or affiliate codes I have that apply to some of the products featured in this video/look. Plus there is a complete list of everything I used and am wearing on my face for this makeup look.

New York IMATS Vlog | Video Montage

Hey beauties, well its been a while since Ive last posted on the blog! If you dont follow me on any other social media - you may have been wondering why Ive been "MIA". Well, I have been in New York for IMATS!! As many of you know, I work for MBA Cosmetics, and they had a booth in the show. So, I went to work the booth with the owner, Sherrie. ♥ It was such a great experience, being that I am a Cali girl, and have NEVER traveled that far in my life!! New York is definitely something else - compared the open country town that I live in. ;) Anyways... So that's what I've been up to and why I have been away.

For anyone curious or interested in my trip, I did put together this kind of video montage showing little bits and pieces into my trip to New York - the flight, the city, as well as IMATS, our booth and the people I got to meet!! A lot of the time I was there was spent working (and I loved it) but that meant I didn't have a ton of time to film and such. So this video is just a bunch of short clips and photos I put together to kind of document my trip. Its not a typical "vlog" type of video that I had hoped to do, but I still thought it would be neat to share. As I mentioned, I got to meet a lot of amazing beauties who I have made friends with online, got to see a lot of popular places in New York and just had a great time - so I wanted to share a little bit of all that with you!!

Lastly, for anyone interested - I will be filming an IMATS haul video soon and will talk more about my trip in that video too! ♥
