Hey babes, I am back with a NEW "Get The Look" tutorial. This is a very simple, easy to create look. But I thin it turned out so beautiful! I wanted to be able to bring to you another tutorial using the Urban Decay Elements Palette! And show you, you don't have to use a ton or shadows or even have a lot of skill to create something beautiful! Of course I couldn't help but add some sparkle too, of course that is optional. But I totally recommend the MBA Cosmetics Bling It On Liquid Glitters if you are new to or intimidated by glitter. they are SO easy to use and create such a beautiful effect!
